President Biden has signed a bill to fund the government through mid-March after Congress reached an 11th-hour deal to prevent a government shutdown before the holidays. But the chaos that led to that deal is raising questions about House Speaker Mike Johnson’s future, along with how it might impact President-elect Trump’s agenda once he’s sworn in. NBC News’ Julie Tsirkin reports from Capitol Hill.
